HOW DOES TEMPERATURE IMPACT ON
PRODUCTIVITY & SLEEP?
HOW
ARE YOU?
My Dear Friends, How are You?
The weather is pleasant, in my place. You might be knowing my village Thekkupattu, a
beautiful place, in the Periphery
of Eastern Ghats Hillocks, in Tamilnadu,
India.
Daily I used to get up
from my bed after hearing the wakeup call of the Peacocks from Cassia tree
bushes.
Reading Books, I love
like many people. Now I am reading a nice book on productivity. I got a very
useful message, from it. I would like to share with you.
According to a study, the local temperature desirable for productivity is 20 to 21 degrees Celsius.
When you work in a
place where the temperature goes down beyond 20 degrees Celsius, you may commit
mistakes, or errors may occur.
When the temperature goes
high beyond 30-degree centigrade, it may reduce your productivity up to 10 %.
I wish to thank Chris
Bailey is the author of the bestselling book “Hyper Focus”. This is not actually
the advertisement for this book.
The information given
here is found to be more useful to everyone who is interested in productivity.
The temperature also
has a significant impact on the quality of sleep. A survey was conducted to study
the optimum temperature level for good sleep.
Sixty-five degrees
Fahrenheit or 18.3 degrees Celsius is the best and optimum bedroom temperature,
gives you the most comfortable snoring sleep.
Sixty-nine degrees Fahrenheit
or 20.5 degrees Celsius of temperature is optimum for the infant’s comfortable
sleep.
My dear friends, I hope
this information might be useful to you.
Let us meet in the next
letter.
Ever yours loving
friend
